First time at The Well?

We can’t wait to meet you!

Here a few things that will help bring your best self to the surface: 

○ Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time so we can show you the XFormer and get to know you a little better.

○ There is plenty of parking available on-site.

○ We have lockers to securely store your things while you work out.

○ Please bring grip socks with you, as these are required for class. Don't have any? Don't sweat it — we have some available for purchase.

○ We provide towels, but bring your own water.

○ Expect to shake, sweat, and have fun!


Between learning the names of the moves, getting used to the XFormer, and feeling the burn, it is normal to feel a little bit overwhelmed during your first class — but we promise that it is worth it. Our experienced instructors are there for encouragement and support, and can offer modifications and hands-on adjustments to help you feel confident.
